Here is some advice:
Matchy, matchy isn’t my thing, so I prefer to keep outfits as natural as possible.
You can never go wrong with selecting a few focal colors from a textured or patterned item; so try picking two main colors and then you can even add a softer tone to accent your color scheme. Check out this beautiful family and their outfits!
Focus on dressing in outfits that will allow your photo to have a timeless feel and that complement your background and not compete with it.
Make sure that everyone is comfortable, so give your outfits a test run ahead of time.
